CINDY (Jacinda Patty) is a professional dancer and circus artist, who has always lived and breathed a healthy and active lifestyle. In 2012 she became qualified as a Personal Trainer to impart the knowledge she has acquired over 25 years of training; wanting to encourage and teach others to be fit and live longer.
Hearing the demand for readily accessible training options, CINDY SWEATS listened and has created a space for Functional Full Body Workouts, One on One Personal Training, and Dance Classes all able to be done from the comfort of your own home.
