Did you know, CINDY SWEATS was a Covid-creation? In March 2020, the unthinkable happened. Yep, Covid. The havoc was swift, and as you know along with many other businesses, gyms (my prime source of income) had also closed. For how long? We didn’t know. I’d lost two careers in the space of 1.5 weeks but knew one thing, that my positivity and knowledge could help others. Besides, I couldn’t help but be positive, as I was still buzzing from the success of my other career in the performing arts. I just had my first 5-star review from my performance at the Adelaide Fringe Festival. So, what did I do? Combined those careers and ran my first online exercise class with people zooming in from all over the world. With all the uncertainty stirring about, I listened to the cries for readily accessible training options. Knowing that Aussies needed a reason to get up in the morning, Jacinda Patty’s alter-ego “Cindy” was created, as was the online exercise platform “Cindy Sweats”.

CINDY’S mission is to make exercise enjoyable, and boy does she deliver. Cindy’s 25 years of training as a professional dancer and circus artist is apparent once you step into one of Cindy’s classes, Cindy turns it into fun, functional exercises, and training to motivate even the most exercise-averse. Couple that with her on-point nutritional guidance, Cindy helps you maintain a healthy lifestyle that is not only convenient but effective and flexible too.
